Production zone: from the plot of San Giorgio in Aramengo, a beautiful hill by the remnants of an old church, called “Bricco del Priore” – hence the wine name.
Vines: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vinification: hand picked grapes. Soft pressing, cool fermentation and stainless maturation.
Colour: light straw yellow
Aroma: floral, gooseberry, unripe stone fruits and fresh grass.
Taste: round and balanced, medium body, with a developed and elegant finish and notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
Accompaniment: excellent with fresh or grilled oysters, tagliatelle with asparagus cream sauce or with salt baked branzino.
Serving temperature: slightly chilled but not too cold.
Summary: if you are not familiar with Piemonte whites they are very generous and delicious. This one is no exception and definitely showcases the quality of the fruit and the care given to it by the grower. Wonderful juiciness!
